What varieties can I expect to get every month? Is Decaf included?
We have three ‘house’ varieties we regularly keep in stock; these are Castillo, Caturra Timor and Yellow Caturra. Aside from these, we usually have 2 guest varieties. In the past, we’ve had Borbon, Caturra, Chiroso and Tabi amongst others. You can expect any of these varieties in your monthly subscription, depending on our current stock.
Decaf is not included in the Coffee Club.
Will I get a different variety every month? Can I get the same variety every month?
We aim to send out a different variety every month, although we can not guarantee this will be the case for the entire duration of your subscription.
How do I update my billing information/delivery address/contact information?
Send us a message on orders@thecolombiancoffeeco.org with your new information and we’ll update it for you. You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as we update it.
Can I change the amount or grind of my subscription?
You can! However, we are not currently able to change your existing subscription. You will need to message us on orders@thecolombiancoffeeco.org and we’ll cancel your current subscription so you can re-subscribe with your updated preferences.
Can I suspend my subscription if I go on holiday?
No hay problema! Just let us know when you’d like to suspend it and send us another message when you’re ready to restart your subscription. You can only pause your subscription for 2 months.
Can I cancel my subscription before the end of the full duration?
You can cancel your subscription at any time by sending us an email to orders@thecolombiancoffeeco.org. If there is something we can do to cater to your needs, let us know because we want to make sure you’re happy with your subscription first!
What’s the difference between Delivery & Collection?
Delivery means your Coffee Club order will arrive in the mail. Collection means you’ll collect your order every month from our Roastery in London. Your choice will be for the entire duration of your subscription.
Where do I collect my order?
You can collect your Coffee Club order from our Roastery at Arch 34, Flat Iron Square, 87 Southwark Bridge Rd, London SE1 0AB.
When can I collect my order?
If you choose to collect your order from our Roastery, you will receive an email confirmation when your order has been fulfilled. Please wait for this email, otherwise there may not be any coffee waiting for you when you come.
